I hold a certificate in technical writing from the University of Washington and specialize in translating information-heavy topics into helpful user-focused documents. Leveraging principles of information architecture, organization theory and UX design, I create help-based content—long form guides, job aids, training materials, itineraries, and more. Each project is as informative as it is visually appealing and involves a variety of steps, including research, usability testing, copyediting and production.
