This long-form user guide educates new and existing customers of Ridwell, a Seattle-based recycling company, on how to properly use their program.
Conducted extensive online research to insure information accuracy
Leveraged UX design principles including visual hierarchy, navigation links and layout consistency
Used design elements and document colors that reflected Ridwell’s branding, voice and tone
Created the guide in PDF format to allow Ridwell to easily email to new customers and make available on their website
