I didn’t grow up traveling. It was something I stumbled upon in my early twenties after finally accepting that I would never master the art of sitting still. It seemed that the more I untethered myself from the comforts of home, the more comfortable I felt. Travel quickly became my means of achieving balance; a way to slow down and go full speed at the same time.
After visiting over thirty countries across every continent, I have also come to accept that I navigate the world a bit differently than most. I’m a dreamer and a do-er. I relish in experiencing life hands-on and in digging a little deeper. In the end, I hope to leave the world a tidbit better than I found it. (Wishful thinking? Perhaps, but let me dream.)
